    Session 1: Maverick

    Maverick is a mouthy, pushy kind of gelding who looks for arguments to help him get feedback from the humans. We work on some basic groundwork skills in his session to help him find some bend and softness in his body.

    Session 2: Fantasy

    The real work starts at 5:30 into the video.

    Fantasy is an early teens OTTB who struggles to stand at the mounting block. We discuss at the beginning of the session that she is a bit better without tack, but that it will take 45 minutes of groundwork prior to mounting for her to stand still.

    We work on finding peace at the block through mindfulness and intentional visualization and get to a pretty cool place!

    Sundance presented at the beginning of the session completely frozen and checked out of her body. Watch as I help her find peace and relaxation in her body for the first time.
